You can hire us for one or two visits per day.
In each case it is the owner’s responsibility to provide all the necessary comforts.
We do our best to make sure your pet is tended by the same person, yet changes might occur occasionally.
Normally, please, send your order at least 3 days beforehand.
We know only too well, that schedules can change abruptly, so we have Last Minute packages. you can order our services even within 72 hours of your departure.
Please, select the appropriate package that suits you and your cat the most in the 'Packages' menu. Register on our website, create your owner profile by providing your and your cat's information, then submit your order.
After discussion, we do our best to take care of ill or elderly cats.
Ideally, we prefer to have two sets of keys. This comes handy when handling exceptional or vis maior cases. If that is not possible, one set of keys is enough for us to perform all services.
The orders sent via our website can only be cancelled with the following terms:
- 50% of the total is due when services are cancelled 7-4 days before the first visit
- the full amount of due if services are cancelled 3-0 days before the first visit, or during the service period
